Jacketed Type Expansion Joints

Product Overview

JACKETED TYPE EXPANSION JOINTS

It consists of an inner and an outer bellows. The Outer bellows conduct the heating or cooling agent, whereas the actual medium handled is conveyed through the internal bellows; occasionally the reverse arrangement is also used.

Jacketed expansion joints are used where regular insulation is not sufficient to maintain the goal temperature and when the main fluid going through the bellows needs to be kept at a fixed temperature.
